Evaluation & Development Process

Beyond education and leadership development, the South Florida Sports Summit serves as an important evaluation environment for athletes being considered for the prestigious Warren Henry Automotive Group High School Player of the Year Awards.

While athletic ability remains important, Tournament of Champions places equal emphasis on character, attitude, maturity, leadership, communication skills, and overall behavior throughout the weekend.

The Summit functions as a real-world leadership experience where student-athletes are observed in classroom sessions, group discussions, social settings, and community interactions. Every aspect of the weekend contributes to a deeper understanding of each participant’s overall persona.

This “on-the-job” leadership environment allows TOC staff and program leaders to evaluate how athletes conduct themselves beyond the playing field, including how they treat others, respond to instruction, handle responsibility, and represent their families and schools.

Elite Mentorship & Guest Participation:

The Summit will collegiate coaches, business executives, educators, law enforcement professionals, and community leaders. Their participation provides direct mentorship and real-life insight into success, discipline, and leadership at the highest levels.
