WEST PALM BEACH – The most successful college football program in the state over the past five years will kickoff the summer in style on Friday night on campus.
The Keiser University Seahawks, who have been the last three NAIA national championship games, winning one, will open the long summer camp season with a “Friday Night Lights” prospect came this Friday. Pre Registration will expire at 9PM tomorrow. If you do not pre-register, they will accept WALK UPS on Friday. Registration will begin at 5PM-6:45PM. Testing will begin at 6PM.
Head Coach Myles Russ and his staff, who attracted nearly 200 prospects to last year’s first ever event, will once again open their doors for a night of competition, fun and a chance to get on the recruiting radar with the very first summer event of the season.
Last year, this very first summer camp attracted prospects from as far south as Miami and areas around the state – such as Orlando, Tampa, the Space and Treasure Coast and several areas in and around south Florida and Palm Beach County.
“Great opportunity for fun, football and plenty of exposure for athletes who are trying to put themselves on the radar early on this summer,” said Camp Director Coach Chris Ortiz. ‘We have so many great events for players of every age and each position this summer right here on our campus.”
Friday’s prospect camp is just one of many events that will attract players, coaches and fans from all over the state – and beyond.
In addition to the Friday night camp (6-9 p.m.), there will be a Youth Camp the following day on Saturday, May 30th, Wide Receiver & Quarterback Academy; Running Back & Linebacker Showcase; Offensive & Defensive Line Camps and Defensive Back Ballhawk Showcase – all on June 6.
The highlight of the summer will be the Team Camp that will feature some of the best football programs in the state, who come for as many as three days (June 11-13) to truly test where they are, and where they need to be to get ready for the 2026 football season.
Keiser will also host the annual 7-on-7 event that will include several elite schools including last year’s No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the event, Fort Pierce Central and Vero Beach.
“We gear these events toward getting the attendees better and keeping them in the spotlight during a time when there are few exposure opportunities,” Ortiz pointed out. “Starting with Friday right through to our competitive and talent-filled 7-on-7 event.”
